boom cars

	Something needs to be done about the boom cars in this city,
        and I feel a good place to start would be through organizing
        a group of concerned citizens through a local letter to the
        editor.  Does this seem like a good idea to others who have
        worked with this issue?  What would be some good ideas or
        arguments to state in this proposed letter?  Any ideas or
        suggestions? -Chas.
