   Ditto the above for aircraft. Small craft have licence to fly 24 hours 
a day in the Toronto area, and do. Large chapter 2 aircraft can fly from 
7 am 'til 12 pm and chapter 3 aircraft can fly from 6:00 am til 1:00 am.
An average person needs 8 hours sleep but the government makes this 
impossible to achieve for thousands and thousands of people!
