It's a live broadcast, so it will be on sometime between 11 and 1 here on 
the west coast. For Seattle, Vancouver & Vancouver Island residents, the 
station is KUOW, 94.9 FM. You may need cable to get a good signal in 
Canada.

  I've e-mailed them for the time. The show that was postponed was
supposed to have Canadian election talk from 2:00 - 3:00 and the Constant
Noise guests from 3:00 - 4:00 pm. I'll let you know when I receive a reply.
It'll either be 2 or 3 pm.
